Job Description:
A busy mission driven nonprofit executive is looking for a PA/EA to support a busy schedule. Looking for someone who is positive, energetic, highly detail oriented, organized, and assertive! No task is too difficult or not possible to complete to this person. Must be passionate about charity.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day/ weekly calendars across multiple domains: clinical, entrepreneurial, personal, and making appointments.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the executive
Collaborate regularly in friendly, professional manner with other members, staffs, colleagues and direct reports in leadership roles, sponsors, donors, partners and executive family.
Generate reports, do research on selected topics intermittently.
Generate and edit content for social media: IG, FB, Twitter, websites.
Generate and edit powerpoint and simple short video clips for business related purposes.
Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, trailing with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Project support on a personal and business level: monitoring and following up on project timelines, reaching out to and holding others accountable for following through on action items, updating executive regularly on to do list.
Fielding, prioritizing and responding to emails, meeting and solicitation requests.
Draft correspondence ( composition, proofreading, editing) and occasional reports.
Coordinate and manage on-going projects and special assignments as needed.
Prepare receipts and provide appropriate channels to receive reimbursements for travel, business, and academic related expenses.

Facile with technology platforms, including Microsoft Office in particular building Excel spreadsheets
Able to take initiative and follow directions
Valid and current Maryland, Virginia or DC Driver's License
Must provide three references with application
Must have a clean background check
High School Diploma required
B.A. or B.S degree preferred
