We are actively looking for an enthusiastic team member to support our daily administrative operations to include, but not limited to, Data Entry, Payroll/Time Tracking, Customer Billings, accepting payments, preparing job reports, keeping job and office information up-to-date and other administrative duties as needed.
Job requirements;
Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Experience with QuickBooks is a preferred, but not required
