This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks, and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Office Management:
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain office policies and procedures
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience:
Proven administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Skills:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
