We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented client relations manager to manage and oversee the scheduling, coordination, and tracking of projects and permitting processes. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring all permitting steps are followed promptly and accurately, working closely with contractors, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progression.
Duties will entail:
- Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely submission and approval of necessary permits for construction projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all permitting documentation, to ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with all parties involved to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure permits are obtained in accordance with project schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address any permitting delays or concerns.
- Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications, supporting documentation, and compliance reports.
Qualifications include:
- Proficiency with Spanish is strongly considered.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, any hospitality experience is exceptionally desired, and with the ability to work effectively with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Prior experience with local permitting, project management, or a related field is a plus.
