We seek a detail-oriented and organized Marble and Granite Fabrication Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of stone fabrication projects, from client consultation to final installation, for a leading marble and granite fabricator. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work closely with fabrication teams, clients, and installers to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, fabrication teams, and installation crews to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Coordinate project timelines, scheduling fabrication, delivery, and installation to meet deadlines.
Review and verify measurements, templates, and specifications to ensure accuracy before fabrication begins.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Client Support:
Assist clients with material selection, providing guidance on marble, granite, and other stone options based on their needs and budget.
Prepare and communicate project quotes, updates, and timelines to clients in a professional manner.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns related to project status, materials, or installation.
Fabrication Coordination:
Collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure stone cutting, polishing, and finishing meet design requirements and quality standards.
Communicate client specifications to fabricators, ensuring alignment with blueprints or digital templates.
Conduct quality checks during fabrication to confirm adherence to project details.
Logistics and Administration:
Arrange material deliveries, equipment, and labor for installation sites, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
Maintain accurate records of project details, including contracts, invoices, and permits.
Manage inventory tracking for stone slabs and fabrication supplies, reporting shortages or needs to management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Showroom and Sales Support:
Assist in maintaining an organized and inviting showroom, showcasing stone samples and design options.
Support sales efforts by providing clients with product information and coordinating follow-ups.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction, stone fabrication, or a related industry.
Understanding of marble and granite fabrication processes (cutting, polishing, etc.) is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, fabricators, and installers.
Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software about stone fabrication, or sales is a plus.
The ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or templates is preferred.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing issues.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training or certification in project management or stone industry is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CAD software or stone design tools.
Knowledge of stone types, finishes, and industry trends.
Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish/English) is mandatory
