Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for office admin or client cordinator. We're seeking a superstar team member to join our growing company, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing office operations and supporting our remodeling projects.

Key Requirements:

Expertise in office administration, accounting, or architectural support.

Background in construction, maintenance, remodeling, or property management preferred.

Ability to make estimates and assist with project planning.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Drafting letters and Work on Excel to make estimates

Strong organizational skills to keep projects on track.

Independence and initiative to tackle tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills for client interactions.

Working In Office Environment having basic knowledge.

Languages: Spanish (for some customers) / English Hindi or Urdu is a Plus
