Hours from 9 AM to 5 PM
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls as instructed
- Greet incoming clients
-Set-up conference room for closings and meetings
- Collect and sort incoming mail
- Preparation and maintenance of files
- Data entry
- Complete assignments/projects as assigned
- Monitor conference and office supplies and maintain a list of supplies for future orders
