Requirements:
- Skilled in building positive, professional relationships with residents through effective communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom, with a willingness to learn new digital tools as needed.
- Capable of creating outreach materials and delivering outreach services to residents.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Outgoing, adaptable, resourceful, creative, energetic, and empathetic.
- Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Design and deliver sustainable resident service programs that effectively address residents' needs.
- Plan and coordinate weekly resident activities to foster community engagement.
- Create outreach materials, including flyers, and lead efforts to inform and engage residents.
- Work closely with Resident Services, Property Management, and Maintenance teams, including providing housekeeping support, to enhance tenant stability and tenancy preservation.
- Meet with residents to provide support and make referrals to relevant community services.
- Develop practical solutions for tenancy challenges to improve resident retention.
- Perform additional duties as required.
