Tech Assistant for Local Tech Repair Store

Part time and full time hours available.
Full time hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Part time hours are Thursday - Saturday OR Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m
Job duties are but not limited to:
Answering phone calls
Intaking customers
Creating, updating, and managing work tickets
Assisting customers within the store
Making/ringing up customer sales
Keeping the front of the store clean and neat
Maintaining Stores Inventory
Skills Required:
MUST have excellent customer service skills
MUST knowledgeable about Tech
MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office namely Word and Excel
