Job Description:
Dominion Management manages over 850 homes in The Greater Baltimore Area. We are looking for a vibrant candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
Applicants must be excellent communicators, highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and have superior customer service skills. Affordable housing experience is required. This position will report directly to our Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
Must complete background check
Process applications and conduct background screenings
Investigate and help resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations
Contribute to the achievement of team goals, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention
Keep our Property Manager informed of any information that could affect property operations
Ensure strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act
Prepare, monitor, and distribute reports on a variety of operational and financial data
Provide direction to the team in the absence of the Property Manager
Conduct weekly meetings with senior level management
Participates in and attends all required training sessions
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in property management with Housing Choice Voucher Programs (Section 8)
Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance
Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Skilled in time management and able to prioritize tasks
Proficiency tracking both short and long-term projects through to completion
Ability to apply problem solving skills to resolve typical operational issues
Superior communication and relationship building skills
