We are seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help generate new real estate business. The primary focus of this role is to contact potential clients and secure agreements for our team to host open houses and represent them as their seller’s agent.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided lists and scripts.
Introduce our real estate services and build interest in working with us.
Schedule appointments and secure agreements for open houses.
Accurately track and report call activity and results.
Follow approved scripts and maintain a professional, respectful tone at all times.
Compensation:
Commission-based pay (per signed contract/appointment secured).
Performance bonuses may be available.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
Professional, respectful, and reliable.
Prior sales or telemarketing experience is preferred (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
Ability to follow scripts and stay consistent.
