Busy Real Estate and Property Management company is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to service properties in the Baltimore Metro area. You would be responsible for managing your daily schedule to ensure that all properties are visited on a weekly basis. You would be taking detailed photographs of each property and reporting and issues to the manager. This position would handle property turnover work and trashouts.
Responsibilities
Conducts routine maintenance at rental properties
Photographs all real estate assets on a weekly basis
Real Estate yard sign install and removals
Evictions
Lock Changes
Documents property conditions and reports all problems to management
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving history
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Critical thinking skills
Must be detail oriented
General construction and maintenance knowledge
Experience with smart phones and google drive
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
