Experienced property inspector is needed for Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County areas.
Duties include:
Occupancy checks
Interior and exterior inspection photos
Delivering notices
Obtaining occupant information
Candidates must possess the following:
Reliable transportation, insurance, & valid drivers license
Able to work independantly and adhere to deadlines
GPS
Camera and ability to send pictures from the field
Abilty to use the internet & email
Abilty to use Dropbox to deliver photos
Must follow checklist of items needed for each job and return with the photos
Must pass background check
Payment is weekly and approximate workload is 20 -30 inspections to start and will be increased based upon performance. Inspectors are 1099 subcontractors and must manage their own time, fuel, and other resources to meet the given deadlines.
Pay structure:
$4.00 - exterior photos or posting
$8.00 - exterior/interior photos
$10.00 - exterior/interior photos and damage list and priority photos
Full or part time will be considered.
