This is an exciting opportunity to support Fortune 500 and 1000 customers, and to excel within a fantastic team. The Exchange Engineer position works with customers, management and peers to design, configure and support messaging systems such as on-premises and hybrid Exchange Organizations and Exchange Online. Support includes specifications; installation, configuration and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. Training, mentorship, and other growth opportunities are a regular part of this role. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities

The Exchange Engineer will provide support to Senior Exchange Engineers with the design, deployment, upgrade, and migration of mail services as they relate to Exchange Server 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016 version.
Qualifications
- 2 - 6 years' experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
- 2 - 6 years' experience with Exchange migration and support of migration tasks
- 2 - 6 years' experience with designing an Exchange 2007 - 2016 infrastructure
- Experience with designing Exchange Online
- Knowledge of how to leverage supporting technologies for Exchange 2003 - 2016
- Familiarity with the design and implementation of Exchange 2003 - 2016
- Familiarity with performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements
- Face-to-face customer engagement skills
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
- Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team
- Ability to learn and further develop experience with Exchange Server technologies and implementations
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience (see Education Requirements)
