We are looking for a full-time, in-office, Account Manager. The candidate should be a self-starter, have strong relationship and customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Contact new and existing accounts to uncover opportunities and promote our products and capabilities.
Identify and target sales leads based on market and product offerings.
Manage and track the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal.
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction and resolve issues.
Building and maintaining relationships, through frequent contact with clients, to understand their needs.
Qualifications (preferred):
Sales, Business Development, and Customer Support skills, with experience in prospecting and client relationship management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Scientific, or other related field
Experience in the Packaging, Laboratory or Scientific industry
