We are expanding our team and seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join us on our mission to make sustainable energy accessible to all.
Position: Solar Jedi Empire Sales Representative (Junior Sales Jedi)
Responsibilities:
Promote renewable energy products in assigned areas including solar energy systems, EV chargers, and LED lighting.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in home sales, home furnishings, car sales, real estate, or similar
industries. If no experience, will train the right candidate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 20 Hours weekly (4pm-8pm weekday evenings and Sat & Sun 9am-9pm window)
Mandatory 90-min weekly in-person training (light lunch provided)
Reliable, insured transportation preferred, will consider the right candidate
No tights, no ripped jeans, comfortable shoes
Compensation:
1099 Contractor
Competitive hourly pay plus commission.
Performance-based bonuses.
Sales Team photo badge and 2 branded shirts provided.
