Advanced Granite Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate for a junior level professional position who is self-motivated, experienced and takes pride in their work! DUTIES (may include but are not limited to):
Actively listen to customers and determine their needs. Provide suggestions and alternatives to help the customer achieve the desired look and budget for a project.
Answer phones and greet customers.
Present and sell products and services to new and existing customers.
Develop relationships with all existing customers and continue to develop the accounts.
Establish and develop new clients.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
Working on Saturdays is a MUST. Schedule is 4 days of the week days and Saturdays 9am to 3pm
Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking.
Highly detail oriented.
Must be able to work in a high paced, dynamic environment with minimum amount of supervision.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literate.
