As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll be setting appointments with homeowners and representing the company at various festivals and events where we’ve secured vendor spots. This is a great opportunity to build your communication skills, gain hands-on experience in the exterior renovation industry, and be part of a fun, driven team.
The position starts with paid training and then transitions into a commission-based structure with no cap on your earnings. Here’s how it works:
Every qualified appointment you set earns you $100 once our specialist visits the property.
If that appointment results in a sale, you’ll also earn 1% of the total sale.
