Role Overview:
We are seeking full-time and part-time field sales professionals with strong communication skills to acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at BWI airport. This is a contract position, with the opportunity for full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead.
Candidate Requirements:
You like sales
Excellent in-person communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
Available 20+ hours per week
Must have smartphone and provide own transportation to/from BWI airport
Fluent in English (bilingual in Farsi or Arabic is a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent
What Do We Offer?
$15/hour + $5 per customer signup (we expect successful sales professionals will make at least $25-$35 per hour)
