Fire Chaser Needed - High Compensation Position
A well-known and reputable property restoration company is hiring a fire chaser who responds to emergency fire leads in real-time and sells our company services to affected homeowners. These leads will be provided based on a proprietary automated system that will be sent to the fire chaser and the individual will be expected to show up immediately after receiving the notification to the scene of the fire, make contact with the homeowner or the authorized individual, provide them with needed help, board up services and then sell the necessary services to remediate the damage caused by the fire. Your focus will only to be on showing up to the scene, helping out the homeowners in a compassionate manner while selling our services.
Compensation for this position will be a base salary plus commissions on the jobs sold or Salary Pay. This position can be VERY lucrative for the right individual with the right mindset and flexibility. A possibility of earnings at least six (6) figures in the first year. The position will require your schedule to be open during evenings and weekends.
Hands on training will be provided for those without experience. Prior experience in construction/restoration sales, auto sales or sales in general, firefighting and chasing fires is a huge plus but not required. Candidates with a proven track record of construction sales, and ability/confidence/personality to perform and deliver in a high pressure, cut-throat environment of fire chasing will be given serious consideration and priority.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must be able to sell and close contracts
- Must be able work 24/7/365 (the more you close, the higher income you make)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work and produce in an extremely high pressure and competitive environment
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in mobile phone, technology and computer usage
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assess extent of damage and establish work scope;
- Go over scope of work with customers and insurance company as necessary
- Sell the job and acquire signature on contracts;
- Keep open lines of communication with office and all other parties involved
