About the Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted advisor homeowners rely on for honest guidance for exterior and bathroom remodeling. You’ll meet with pre-qualified company supplied set appointments in their homes, using intuitive design tools and a proven sales system to recommend products that meet their needs, enhance their home, and stay within their budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations using an iPad or laptop
Meet with pre-scheduled, company-provided leads — no cold calling
Customize exterior solutions using our visual design tools
Provide estimates, explain warranties, and close deals on the spot
Attend weekly sales training and development sessions
Follow up with customers and maintain communication through project completion
What We're Looking For:
MUST BE ABLE TO RUN SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS A DAY
Strong communication and people skills — comfortable in face-to-face interactions
Prior in-home or outside sales experience A MAJOR PLUS! (roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, bathroom remodeling, or home general improvement)
Technologically proficient — able to use tablets, apps, and software tools with ease
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Self-driven, ambitious, and able to manage your schedule and pipeline
Coachable, team-oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed
