Aging in the Home Remodelers is expanding their sales force throughout the country to catch up to demand. We offer safety and mobility products like the Easy Climber Stairlift and Elevator. These solutions help seniors and those with mobility issues stay safe in the home, and can do so at a fraction of the cost of moving into assisted living. Please apply if you fit the following criteria:
⢠At least 5 years' experience direct selling in the home (windows/siding, remodeling, previous experience in this industry, etc.)
⢠High closing rates - 30% and higher
⢠The passion and ability to do the best presentation every time and run all leads
⢠A reliable vehicle, cell phone, and iPad/Tablet/Laptop
⢠Experience working with Seniors is a plus
⢠The ability to do great paperwork and clearly convey the scope of work necessary to our installation and sales support teams
Every day 10,000 Americans turn 70 and will be doing so for the next 30 years, and most seniors would much rather adjust their home then go into a nursing home or assisted living. We have high standards and expect them to be met, but also provide only inbound leads (calls and internet requests) that are set in our contact center and verified by our quality control department to set you up for success.
New hire training begins every 3-4 weeks with the next one starting right around the corner! There is one week of remote training, then we'll have you running leads the following week. This is a 1099 position with the potential to make over $100k for the right candidate.
