Michaelangelos Pizza has been around for over two decades serving delicious pizza to the vibrant neighborhood of Mount Vernon here is Baltimore. We are now ready to expand into catering.
We are seeking dedicated sales representatives to assist. You will market the latest product and menu creations, develop leads, and close sales by canvassing and by phone. Reps will be paid weekly a sizable percentage of each catering gig they close. Great financial opportunity! Sales reps may set their schedule within the scope of reasonable customer contact hours and work as many hours as you prefer.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Meet or surpass weekly goals set by your team.
2. Engage prospects via phone, email and messaging to generate sales.
3. Follow up with new customers to gauge their satisfaction and build customer relationships.
4. Turn in all leads and sales, including customer information at weekly sales meetings.
5. Study details of our new product and familiarize yourself with our target audience to facilitate strong interaction with potential customers.
6. Show authenticity and ability to build relationships with potential customers.
7. Learn menu ( we always have tasting) and familiarize yourself with our brand.
Some of the sales representative’s qualifications include:
1. Ability to quickly immerse yourself in the details of the new product.
2. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to engage potential customers, listen, build rapport, assess customer needs, and quickly adjust a pitch to changing dynamics of the interaction.
3. Good time management skills.
4. At least one year of sales experience and proven track record in using inside sales methods to generate leads and sell.
