We have team members throughout the United States that call lists of home owners who have a multitude of reasons to sell their home. They may have been served Notice of Default (N.O.D.) because they are behind on their mortgage payments or are seriously behind on their taxes. Many have experienced the death of their partner or have recently filed for divorce. Some may have inherited a second home plus numerous other reasons.

We provide unlimited lists to our lead generators for as long as they want them (as many as 1,500 leads a month). Although these leads are expensive, we do not charge lead generators for leads. We pay our lead generators $2,500 for a lead that evolves into a property sold.
This situation requires the following qualifications:
1. Someone who loves to talk on the phone.
2. Someone who can work on their own, but you have all day backup and support in our offices and ongoing updates on leads, so that you know exactly what is going on with your leads.
3. Someone who can handle the freedom of working when you want, as much or as little as you want, without bosses or quotas, so you must be self motivated.
This is nothing new. This is real estate. There will always be people buying, people selling, and there will always be people who have issues or problems with their property. Those are the people realtors focus on to build their book of business and those are the people we focus on in an effort to help them.
