Self-starter
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Ability to diagnose existing issues
Ability to formulate a permanent solution to resolve these issues
Moderate computer skills, versed in MS Excel
Will be well versed in all phases of exterior remodeling, including, but not limited to:
Roofing
All phases and types of fiberglass shingles
All types of flashing systems
Flat Roofing
EPDM
Modified
Metal roofing
Historic standing seam
Pre-Fab standing seam
Flat seam
Slate Repairs
Cedar Shake Repairs
Tile Roof Repairs
Masonry
Siding Repair / Replacement
Vinyl
Cedar
Hardi-Plank
Stucco Board
Metal Work
Gutter
