This is a fun, fast-paced environment where you’ll help shoppers find what they need while learning top-notch sales techniques. No prior sales experience required – just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their needs.
Handle sales transactions: Ring up purchases and process payments.
Maintain the store: Keep displays tidy, restock inventory, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
Drive sales: Upsell items, promote specials, and meet daily/weekly targets (we’ll train you!).
Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Interest in sales – whether you’re a natural closer or eager to develop those skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team.
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods.
Flexible availability, especially weekends and holidays (mall hours).
