We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Pool Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of pool products and services to residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential/existing customers to drive sales growth.
Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend suitable pool designs, equipment, and accessories.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our pool products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
This is a full time postion and you are expected to make 2-3 appointments per day at least 6 days per week, without scheduling issues.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in sales techniques. Must be coachable.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pool or related industry.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
-Knowledge of pool products, equipment, and construction techniques is desirable.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Willingness to work flexible hours (between 10:30am-8:30pm) including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

$2500-$3500+/Average Weekly Commission (1099 Employer-Commission and incentive based only)
2 & 1/2 day Training (Must start immediately after)
Must have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
