Our office is expanding and looking to train 25 new District Managers in the Financial Services sector. As a District Manager you have the option of earning income part-time from your home. You'll work with a trainer to help you grow your marketability and network. During the first month you'll at minimum earn income and understand personal finance you can use for yourself and your clients: calculate your net worth, your FIN number, complete a needs analysis report, attain license(s), how to speed up debt repayment, mortgage repayment, and mitigate risks. Candidate must have a long-term vision in growing their book of business.
Special Considerations:
Candidates who are currently a bookkeeper or personal accountant looking to expand income potential with additional products, services and tools (like a complimentary CRM tool) are especially desired.
Candidates who already have insurance licenses or experience, but want to make the move to an agency that gives a more complete experience providing finance with insurance. Applicant cannot work at two brokerages at the same time.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18+ and clean record; background check will be completed.
Must be able to attend weekly regular training (1.5 hr).
Must be able to communicate and work professionally with others.
Must be self-motivated, focused, and seeking new career field opportunity.
Must be able to pass certifications for licensing; passing scores will be reimbursed by company.
