Well, I’m looking for a barber that is more. A barber that cares about their work. Consistency is key! That’s all any client is looking for, consistency. Can they count on you to deliver on a level that does not vary greatly over time?
Consistency, is key to acquiring and maintaining a barber/client relationship. I say this because my business works by appointment, and depends on it. I’ve built relationships with clients such that, they are willing and happy to jump into a new trusted barber’s chair. But first, you must showcase your work.
If you’re looking for an altogether new vibe with more pay. Apply here, be prepared to cut your own model, after passing a preliminary interview.
Skill set must include:
Fade
Scissor cut
Beard trim
Shave
Must be personable and know how to communicate well. Experience would be a great advantage. However, experience does not supersede talent, and a willingness to learn.
