Responsibilities Include:
Delivering Premier Services: Performing a full range of nail services, including luxury manicures, spa pedicures and gel/shellac applications.
Providing Exceptional Client Care: Ensuring every client receives a personalized, relaxing, and memorable experience, upholding the spa's commitment to five-star service.
Maintaining Impeccable Standards: Adhering strictly to sanitation and sterilization protocols, keeping the work area pristine and organized.
Product Expertise: Advising clients on nail health, maintenance, and retail products to maximize their results.
Team Collaboration: Working professionally and harmoniously with other spa therapists and staff.
What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications):
Current State Manicurist/Nail Technician License in Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a high-end spa, salon, or luxury setting.
A professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
