We offer a range of upscale braiding and crochet styles and are looking for individuals who are passionate about hair care and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
No license required—just strong skills, professionalism, and a passion for your craft.
Responsibilities:
Provide a variety of braiding styles, including knotless, box braids, feed-ins, tribal and crochet styles, and more.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area in accordance with salon standards.
Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and respect for both clients and team members.
Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about current braiding trends and hair care best practices.
Uphold Suga's Haus of Beauty brand through polished presentation, professional communication, and positive energy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in braiding with a strong portfolio or examples of work.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Open to learning, feedback, and ongoing growth within the salon environment.
