What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Automotive Mechanic/Technician with strong diagnostic experience and the ability to tackle complex mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a great communicator, and confident in advising customers on needed repairs.

Job Requirements:

5-10+ years of experience as an Auto Mechanic/Technician (preferred)

Strong diagnostic expertise

Valid Driver’s License in good standing (required)

State Inspection License (a plus)

ASE or Manufacturer Certifications (a plus)

Ability to diagnose and repair to specifications in areas such as:

Brakes & hydraulics

Exhaust & fuel systems

Ignition & electrical

Suspension & alignment

A/C & computer systems

Ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to both customers and teammates

Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with automotive technology

Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe bay

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues

Maintain and repair vehicle computer and electronic systems

Perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicle longevity

Provide accurate repair estimates for time and cost

Advise customers on preventive maintenance and vehicle care

Keep detailed work logs and maintain tools in top condition

Collaborate with teammates and support shop goals
