Restoration/maintenance contractor seeks exp. person to represent company as Ops Manager/Estimator in tri state region. Oversee field crews; estimate work and train/develop techs. Must be proficient in planning work schedules, meeting profit margins and team building. Knowledge in commercial caulking, weathering proofing, and lift operations a must.
