Busy contractor seeking full or part-time help in the following areas:
NEW CONSTRUCTION: Additions, decks, office buildouts, garages, sheds, etc.
REMODELING: Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, interior/exterior.
RENTAL TURNOVERS: Apartment painting/drywall repairs, flooring, punch-list repairs, complete renovations.
CLEANING PERSON/CREW: Looking to find decent cleaning people for apartment turnover cleaning.
Knowledge of rough/finish carpentry, flooring, drywall hang/finish, some electrical and plumbing a plus. You don't need to be a Master of all these trades. Work is mostly located in Harford County and Baltimore County.
Must have transportation and basic tools so that you can work independently as directed. Unskilled, general labor with transportation also encouraged to apply. Pay will be based upon experience. Prefer to pay as 1099 independent contractor.
