HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS
✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS- We offer a pay plan that includes performance-based bonuses and profit sharing (we share 20% of store profits with our employees) so when the shop does better, you do better! Our pay ranges from $80K - $100K per year and we offer a 100% employer-paid health benefits (for employees) package with (Life / Health / Dental / Vision). We also offer a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match + employee discounts and an annual shop vacation bonus.
✓ NO B.S. $4k SIGN ON BONUS – If you’ve got 10+ years’ experience working in a professional automotive repair business, a great attitude, and good diagnostic skills, we will give you an extra $1,000 after your first 90 days on the job and an additional $1,000 every 90 days till you hit the full $4,000.
✓ WORK LIFE BALANCE (GET YOUR LIFE BACK!)– We believe that people need their time to recharge, and we’re committed to you being happy inside and outside of the shop. We offer a five-day work week (NO WEEKENDS), holiday pay, paid time off, and a flexible schedule so you can take time off when you need to and spend time doing the things you love with the people you care for.

We have a growing base of awesome customers that care about their cars and aren’t afraid to keep their vehicles highly maintained. LMW Auto Repair is currently looking for an experienced AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate would have 10+ years under their belt working in a professional auto repair business. They would be good at diagnosing electrical issues and drivability.
