Description:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a skilled person who performs routine building maintenance daily. Building maintenance performance includes, but is not limited to, carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC, roofing, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and custodial tasks.
All candidates must have a minimum of two years of verifiable maintenance experience. To be successful in this career opportunity, you will need to be reliable, passionate, hardworking, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent problem-solving skills, be mild-tempered, and have a team player attitude.
Compensation:
Full-time position with a competitive hourly wage, PTO, and Holiday pay.
We also offer health care, optical, and dental benefits and a Roth 401K plan with company contribution.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Trade School Diploma or Trade Certifications are a plus.
2 years in the maintenance industry as a skilled tradesman.
Working knowledge of hand/ power tools.
Own small tools and battery-operated tools. (Required tool list provided upon hiring)
Good physical condition with the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
Clean driving record and dependable personal transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and substance test.
Live within 30 minutes of our location.
