We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to join our team. In this role, you will assist with residents' service requests and preventative and corrective maintenance on the building systems. As a team member, you will also assist with the safe and efficient operation of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, steam boilers, cooling tower, chiller, air handler units, and plumbing.
Minimum 3 years HVAC experience required. BAS experience a plus. Must be able to work in tight spaces (crawl space).
