Residential Construction Company seeking a full-time Carpenter. Our team is passionate to create the best product for all of our clients and we're eager to find an individual to join our team. Our company primarily focuses on Kitchen, Bathroom, Basement, and Full home renovations.
Skills needed:
- STRONG communication skills to work with our clients and design team
- Understanding of floor and kitchen cabinet plans
- Framing and High-end trim carpentry installation (wainscoting, door trim, crown molding, baseboard, custom built-ins, and railings
- Interior and Exterior door installation
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative mindset to find solutions within the field
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling
- Comfortable leading and assisting team throughout jobs
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Tools required to complete tasks listed above
- Positive attitude with a passion for remodeling
- Consistently available to work 40 hours per week
