Must be able to handle most common repairs including
Drywall repairs
Tile
Kitchen and bath remodels
Roof repairs
Doors and windows
Painting
Crawlspace and attic repairs
Concrete and brick work
All types carpentry
Decks and fences
Minor plumbing and electrical
And most other general home repairs
Qualifications
Must have five to ten years experience in commercial or residential property maintenance
Pass a background check
Be able to work independently and be proficient at getting things done with minimum management
Honest dependable and on time
Must have own transportation ,(we reimburse your gas)
Must have own tools okay if dlnt have everything but should have most of the common things you need
