We are currently seeking a skilled Gutter Installation Crew Chief to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving our projects to successful completion and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are met.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the gutter installation crew effectively.
- Drive the company's box truck to and from job sites.
- Operate the gutter machine, ensuring precise and quality gutter production.
- Install 5k and 6k gutters on residential and commercial properties.
- Work safely on ladders at heights of up to 2 to 3 stories.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in gutter installation, specifically with 5k and 6k gutters.
- Experience leading a team and managing projects.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to drive a box truck.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders for extended periods.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
