A Property Management firm needs a part-time worker for building maintenance, repairs and apartment punch-outs.
The applicant must have:
1.- 3 to 5 years experience in building maintenance (plumbing, drywall installation and repair, carpentry, painting, flooring, minor electrical).
2.- his/her own tools.
3.- personal transportation.
HVAC/CFC certification a plus, but not required.
