Looking for a TRUSTWORTHY handyman multiskilled to work on an on call basis in either the Fort Meade area (commercial building) or Severna Park, MD,(Home)
We can usually work around your schedule, but this is an as needed position.
Must have a complete set of tools and ladders and a work truck.
I expect you will have a job and use this for extra money.
Must be a finish carpenter, plumbing, electrical repairs, consult with larger repairs when we need to hire a company.
I own a small multi-tenant commercial building and often have odds and ends at my home.
I will pay each time you work at a rate of $30-.00-$40.00 per hour depending on your capabilities.
Examples of work are installing and stabilizing window air conditioners, framing in a access panel to attic in building. Replacing doorknobs and locks. Replacing door thresholds. Crown molding, demolition, replacing plugs and switches with knowledge of proper wiring. fixing toilets, replacing faucets replace water heater elements, Spackling and painting. Need someone with common sense!
Must be able to work at a good but safe pace.
