We're looking for a very experienced/skilled handyman to maintain our 55-unit rental portfolio. Hours are flexible. We offer long-term stability, only having had three guys over the last 15+ years.
You must have a minimum of 10 years experience, your own reliable truck and tools. We need someone who can do most everything, but at a minimum: plumbing (repair/change fixtures, including water heaters), electric (replace outlets, switches, fixtures, and even better if you can replace a panel), flooring (LVP, ceramic tile), drywall (mostly minor repairs, but able to professionally hang and finish), wall tile (bathroom and kitchen), light carpentry (windows, doors, kitchen cabinets, etc.), painting, turnover punch lists, vinyl siding, gutter/downspouts.
We have a great full time guy currently, but he's wants to transition his career to office work.
Job is as an independent contractor, not an employee.
