We are currently searching for an experienced skilled HVAC Service/Install Technician to provide HVAC service to rental properties throughout the Baltimore Metro area. If this is you then we should talk. We are looking to work with a very experienced or Journeyman HVAC Technician. We also are more than willing to help you obtain licensing. We are looking for long term employment for our newest Team Member.
About Us:
We are a large Property Management Company that manages 700+ rental properties and performs work on 1000+ properties in the Baltimore Metro Area. We hold a MHIC, Master Plumbing and Gas Fitters License, as well as a Master HVAC License. We are stable company that was established in 2006. The majority of our business is residential rental properties with a few commercial properties as well. We also perform full rehabs. We are a family-oriented business.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants must have at least 3+ current years in residential HVAC service/install work. Maryland Journeyman license is a plus. You must be experienced in residential service work and installs with verifiable references, as well as experience.
JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
HVAC Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing gas furnaces, heat pumps, and AC systems, install gas furnaces, heat pumps, and AC systems. Knowledge of boilers is a huge plus. The majority of our work is in government subsidized properties. We have constant consistent year around work that never slows down, overtime is available on a regular basis.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
Ability to drive a company service truck safely at all times and to maintain a good driving record.
Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal communications and listening skills.
Must possess basic computer skills with the ability to send and receive emails.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized job site all times.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and well inventoried service truck.
Honesty and trustworthiness in dealing with customers.
Demonstrate sound work ethic.
Ability to participate in training sessions and company meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely invoicing, time sheets, and other daily paperwork.
Must have own tools. Company supplies all large equipment and specialty tools.
Must submit to random drug screening.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Must possess a Journeyman License or multiple years of verifiable experience, and willing to work towards obtaining licensing and certifications. We would be more than willing to help you with this.
Three+ years minimum of residential HVAC experience required.
