Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the complex, ensuring a safe, functional, and attractive living environment for all residents. This position requires a skilled and versatile individual capable of performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Responsibilities -
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Address and resolve maintenance requests from residents promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and individual units to identify maintenance needs and ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- General maintenance/cleaning of interior and exterior of property.
- Paint and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule (Hours may vary):
- Monday to Friday.
- 8am to 5pm range.
Pay Rate: $20.00 hourly - Paid Weekly.
