Job Description
As a full service Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing all unit turnovers and service requests. This position reports to the Operations Manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
General Job Duties
Completing service calls for tenant maintenance issues.
Change locks, lock drill outs, evictions.
Carpentry, maintenance and repair, unit turnovers, windows, doors, flooring, cabinet installation, and tile repair.
Appliance repair a huge plus!
Light Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair.
Pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc.
Job Requirements
Five years or more of apartment maintenance or Home improvement/ Handyman experience is required
MUST have dependable transportation to and from work
Clean driving record with 2 points or less and valid driver's license is required for any position.
Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
Team player and exceptional multi-tasking skills
Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers
