If you love changing tires all day, this job is not for you. We recon late model auction purchase cars, average 38k miles/3 years old over the last 1k cars. We need another inspector who just wants to inspect. You will not do the repairs. Inspectors average 25-30 cars a week, and the inspection pays 2 hours. Road test the car, write up the rec's including brake and tire measurements and pics of worn bushings, etc., move on to the next one.
