Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a leader who can coordinate teams, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during projects effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction project management, ideally as the owner or manager of a construction company.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
