MAC Home Pros is looking for a Project Manager who has experience in Residential Remodeling. Our office is located in Fallston. Must be local to the area, as the position requires frequent travel to job sites, mostly in Harford and Baltimore County and surrounding areas.
A project manager in residential remodeling is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a remodeling project, from initial planning to completion. This role involves managing budgets, timelines, resources, and communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. The project manager ensures that the remodeling project is executed efficiently, within budget, and meets the client’s expectations.
Requirements
MUST have experience as a Project Manager in RESIDENTIAL remodeling
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Proficiency in project management software
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Leadership and team management skills
