Our well-established property management company in Brooklyn, Maryland is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience in basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting—plus strong organizational abilities; we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs
Assist with painting and unit turnovers
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot independently
